The undersigned is informed, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments (Code regarding the protection of personal data; Privacy), that the Data Controller of personal data is Digibusiness Srl with headquarters in Collecchio (PR), in Via La Spezia 91, survey of the Nautical Company to which the interested party is forwarding request for information. Northshore Yachts / Designer Stephen Jones has a lot of experience with the niche for swing keel boats, Southerly 38 has a lot of experience behind him. Southerly 38, raised the salon cruising boat to a second standard - it offers deep-draft sailing and shallow harbor access, while giving them inside a panoramic outward view.

Designer Stephen Jones has given Southerly 38 twin rudders, the better to steer her with while respecting the obligation to shovel shoals, and the mainsheet traveler tag lines led to both twin helmets, the better to control her with. A self-tapping jib further simplifies the sailing business.
