The undersigned is informed, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments (Code regarding the protection of personal data; Privacy), that the Data Controller of personal data is Digibusiness Srl with headquarters in Collecchio (PR), in Via La Spezia 91, survey of the Nautical Company to which the interested party is forwarding request for information. Bavaria 38 Sport HT, a very nice and well-maintained boat. You can sense this the moment you enter the boat via the platform at the stern, where you are greeted by the name Seastar which is illuminated as ambilight, very exclusive.That has been stored indoors in the winter. The boat has not been in the water for the last 2 years.
The boat has room for 4 guests in 2 cabins, you can also sleep in the salon. With fine sailing characteristics, technology and comfort. The bow has a spacious and very nice owner's cabin with a really wide bed, amidships there is a guest cabin with a large double bed. The cockpit is spacious and comfortable with a sofa, table and sun loungers, perfect for socializing in larger groups. In 2022 it was upgraded to Scandinavian conditions for over € 4000,- The boat is newly serviced, bottom painted, polished and completely ready for the 2025 season.
