Among the activities for which the data may be used are: the sending of informative materials and communications of commercial promotions in the pleasure boating sector by sending mail, e-mail, sms or through telephone contacts made directly, through an intermediary structure. The data will be processed using instruments that guarantee security and confidentiality and will also be carried out through automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data, and may consist of any operation or set of operations among those provided for by law. The treatment will be carried out exclusively by the person in charge appointed by the Data Controller and / or by the internal manager of personal data processing Vincenzo Campanini, domiciled for the office at the Digibusiness Srl headquarters, at the e-mail address servizioclienti@digibusiness.it.

As an interested party in the processing of personal data, I was informed that I could exercise the rights specified by the Code through an informal request to the Data Controller pursuant to art. 7 of the aforementioned Code, with particular reference to the right of cancellation, opposition for legitimate reasons and rectification, also using for this purpose the e-mail address indicated above.

With modern styling and well-utilized space, this express cruiser offers everything needed for weekend trips or day trips with family and friends.

The engine is completely newly renovated in 2020 and serviced by the Volvo Penta workshop every year. The drive was newly renovated in 2025 and two new batteries were installed at the same time.
It is in good condition and runs as expected. Service invoices are available.
Year of production 2007 but launched 2009. This example has the Volvo Penta D-4 Diesel.
The condition of the boat is above expectations.
