The data will be processed using instruments that guarantee security and confidentiality and will also be carried out through automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data, and may consist of any operation or set of operations among those provided for by law. The treatment will be carried out exclusively by the person in charge appointed by the Data Controller and / or by the internal manager of personal data processing Vincenzo Campanini, domiciled for the office at the Digibusiness Srl headquarters, at the e-mail address servizioclienti@digibusiness.it.

As an interested party in the processing of personal data, I was informed that I could exercise the rights specified by the Code through an informal request to the Data Controller pursuant to art. 7 of the aforementioned Code, with particular reference to the right of cancellation, opposition for legitimate reasons and rectification, also using for this purpose the e-mail address indicated above.
