The undersigned is informed, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments (Code regarding the protection of personal data; Privacy), that the Data Controller of personal data is Digibusiness Srl with headquarters in Collecchio (PR), in Via La Spezia 91, survey of the Nautical Company to which the interested party is forwarding request for information. It is also informed that the data included in this declaration may be used in order to respond to the request for information, as well as inform the undersigned about the occurrence of opportunities concerning the nautical field of interest.

Maxim 26 ( 4+1 ) is a real beginner's boat, where you can try out motorboat sailing without spending too much money.
In relation to its age, it is in reasonably good condition, it has always been cared for and looked after, the current owner has had it well updated in 2024, among other things, a cockpit tent has been made that goes all the way aft beyond the aft cabin.
The current owner wants to sell it because space is needed at a height that suits them (210 cm.)
The boat is delivered bottom painted and polished.
