The undersigned is informed, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments (Code regarding the protection of personal data; Privacy), that the Data Controller of personal data is Digibusiness Srl with headquarters in Collecchio (PR), in Via La Spezia 91, survey of the Nautical Company to which the interested party is forwarding request for information. It is also informed that the data included in this declaration may be used in order to respond to the request for information, as well as inform the undersigned about the occurrence of opportunities concerning the nautical field of interest.
